ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2011 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a State Farm Claim Representative, giving me valuable experience helping customers through some of life's most challenging moments.
Serving our community is at the heart of what we do. I'm a Life Member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, and our agency is actively involved in local initiatives, including supporting a teen driver safety program at a local high school and sponsoring local hospital employees.
Our agency offers a life insurance stipend, flexible scheduling, the opportunity to earn a four-day workweek by meeting goals, professional development opportunities, the State Farm Aspirant Program, team-building events, free snacks, and Chick-fil-A Tuesdays. As an Account Associate for Natacha Jocelyn - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
